The 3D experience includes its walkthrough and dollhouse view — you are never charged separately for “3D”, “virtual tour” and “dollhouse”. Subject to availability and suitability. The price, the areas captured, when it is delivered and how long you can access the tour are confirmed in your written quote. Floor plans and measurements are included only where your quote says so.
Client tours are private to you and the VerifyKe staff on your case, never public. Interactive access lasts for the period in your quote; extending it is optional and quoted separately, and nothing renews or is charged automatically. When access ends, your report, photographs and video are unaffected and stay available to download.

We scope the work and quote
We agree exactly which checks are in scope, what they can establish, and what they cannot. Travel, urgency and any specialist involvement are priced openly.

You authorise it
Nothing happens on the ground until you have accepted the scope in writing. Where a visit needs someone's permission, we get it.
- 04
An inspector visits and records
Photographs, video, positions and notes, captured against the agreed checklist. What could not be checked is recorded as not checked.
- 05
A reviewer checks the report
A second person reviews the evidence against the findings before anything reaches you. Drafts are never visible to clients.
- 06
You receive the report
Findings, the evidence behind them, the limits of each one, and the questions still open. If we later correct something, you get a new version stating why.
Your report arrives in a private client portal, with the evidence beside it and a PDF you can download. If you added a 360° tour or 3D experience, it opens from the same report, in your browser. Client tours are private to you, never public, and your quote states how long interactive access lasts.
Who is accountable
Every report names the inspector who visited and the reviewer who checked their evidence. If a finding is wrong, you know who wrote it and we reissue a corrected version stating what changed.

Disclosure
LandyKe is a separate property-management activity associated with our founder. It is not part of VerifyKe and is not bundled into these services. Where LandyKe manages a property, VerifyKe cannot claim independent assurance over that work, and we will tell you so rather than take the assignment quietly.
What we will not do
Our independence is only worth something if it costs us work. These are the things we turn down.
- Sell land, broker deals or negotiate on your behalf
- Hold your money, release escrow or pay contractors
- Take commission from a seller, agent or contractor
- Certify legal ownership, title authenticity or boundary correctness
- Certify structural, electrical or engineering work
- Tell you a property is a safe investment, or free of fraud
Where the answer needs a licensed surveyor, advocate, engineer, valuer or accountant, we say so and can help you commission one. Their scope and fee are disclosed to you separately.
Questions people ask first
- What does a check cost?
- Each service has a published starting price — from KES 5,000 — for a standard visit and written report. Your final price depends on the location, scope, access and urgency, and whether a licensed specialist is needed. We confirm it in writing before any work starts. See starting prices
- What do the 360° tour and 3D experience cost?
- They are optional and quoted separately, on top of the standard report, because what they involve depends on the property. They are offered subject to availability, and only where the property suits them. Your quote states the price, the areas captured, when it is delivered and how long you can access the tour. Extending access is optional and quoted separately — nothing renews automatically — and your report and evidence stay available when tour access ends.
- Do I need an app to view a tour?
- No. Tours, video and the report open in an ordinary web browser, on a phone or a computer. Nothing plays sound unless you press play.
- Where in Kenya do you work?
- Coverage is being confirmed and we will not claim countrywide reach we cannot deliver. Send us the location and we will tell you plainly whether we can get there, and what the travel adds.
- How long does it take?
- Timing is agreed during scoping and depends on distance, access and whether anyone's permission is needed to visit. We do not advertise a fixed turnaround we have not committed to operationally.
- Can you confirm the title is genuine?
- No. We record documents you supply or that are lawfully obtained with your authorisation, noting their source and date. Confirming title is work for an advocate, and confirming boundaries is work for a licensed surveyor. Where you need either, we will say so and can help you commission them under a separate, disclosed scope.
- What happens if the inspector cannot get access?
- The visit is recorded as access-blocked, with what was attempted and why it failed. You are not shown a completed report for a visit that did not happen, and the affected checks are marked not verified.
- Is my evidence private?
- Yes. Photographs, video and reports are private to your case by default. We do not publish routes, coordinates or footage, and nothing is uploaded to a public video service.
