Who pays us, and who does not.
An independent check is only independent if the person doing it has nothing to gain from the answer. This page states plainly where our money comes from and where our independence has limits.
You pay us. Nobody else does.
Our fee comes from the client who commissions the check. We take no commission, referral fee or other payment from a seller, agent, contractor, developer or property manager — including where we recommend a specialist.
We are not selling you the property
VerifyKe does not sell land, broker deals or negotiate transactions. We have no interest in whether you buy. A report that talks you out of a purchase is as successful, to us, as one that reassures you.
LandyKe is separate, and we disclose it
LandyKe is a property-management activity associated with our founder. It is a different business doing different work, and it is never bundled into a VerifyKe service. Where LandyKe manages a property, VerifyKe cannot honestly claim independent assurance over that management — we would be checking our own side’s work. In that situation we tell you so and decline, rather than take the assignment quietly.
Every report names people
The inspector who visited and the reviewer who checked their evidence are both named on the report. Accountability is a person, not a brand.
We say what we could not check
Findings we could not complete are marked not verified and stay that way. We do not round an unperformed check up into a pass, and we do not issue an overall “safe to buy” verdict at all.
