Each service has a starting price for a standard visit and written report. Your final quote depends on the location, scope, access arrangements and urgency.
We confirm the full price and what’s included in writing before you book. Any additional work is agreed with you before it’s charged.

Starting prices cover a standard scope. Travel outside the included service area, larger properties, extensive inventories, specialist assessments and urgent requests may cost more. Your written quote confirms the total before you book.

Prices and quotes are in Kenyan shillings. We invoice in shillings; your bank sets the exchange rate, and we have no part in it.

The 3D experience includes its walkthrough and dollhouse view — you are never charged separately for “3D”, “virtual tour” and “dollhouse”. Subject to availability and suitability. The price, the areas captured, when it is delivered and how long you can access the tour are confirmed in your written quote. Floor plans and measurements are included only where your quote says so.
Client tours are private to you and the VerifyKe staff on your case, never public. Interactive access lasts for the period in your quote; extending it is optional and quoted separately, and nothing renews or is charged automatically. When access ends, your report, photographs and video are unaffected and stay available to download.
What moves the figure
- Which checks are in scope
- A single delivery check and a full land checklist are different pieces of work. We price what you actually need, not a bundle.
- Where the property is
- Travel time and distance from the nearest inspector are usually the largest variable. A site two hours off the tarmac costs more to reach than one in town.
- How urgent it is
- Work that has to displace something already scheduled costs more. If your timing is flexible, say so — it usually costs less.
- Whether a specialist is needed
- A licensed surveyor, advocate, engineer, valuer or accountant is engaged separately, with their scope and fee disclosed to you. We take no margin or referral fee on it.
- How often we visit
- Recurring monitoring is quoted per visit against a frequency you choose. Each visit is a separate record, not a subscription that quietly renews — nothing is booked or billed automatically.
What is never in the price
- Commission from a seller, agent, contractor or developer
- A markup on a specialist's fee
- Custody of your purchase funds or contractor payments
- A charge for a visit that did not happen
Paying
Invoiced per assignment
We take no card details and hold none of your money. Payment instructions come with the quote, and a visit that did not happen is never charged for.
Turnaround
Agreed with you in the quote
Agreed during scoping, and driven by distance, access and whose permission a visit needs. We will not advertise a turnaround we have not committed to operationally.
